At Black Sheep Wools, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, but we understand if you need to return an item. You can return any unused products in their original condition within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Your Items

  Ensure your yarn is in its original ball band and all kits or accessories are unused and in their original packaging.

• 2.
  Fill Out the Form

  Complete the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely package your items and send them back to our Craft Barn warehouse using a tracked postal service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
